Fertility Matters

News

Westmead Fertility Centre would like to show our support for two very special IVFlings (an affectionate name for someone born with the assistance of IVF).

Candice Thum (nee Reed), Australia’s first IVF baby, and fellow iVFling Rebecca Featherstone Jelen, are Australian mums who are amongst the first generation of kids to be born through this clinical science. They have launched a national campaign aimed to raise awareness and increase education, so everyone has the ability to have an informed conversation about fertility.

Their project is called Fertility Matters.
